Review: Enkelen op herhaling, kennis bleek bij sommigen goed te blijven hangen en bij anderen minder. Essentials uitgelegd maar alleen easy mix (Beam & Coke, Famous Ginger) en malts laten proeven vanwege aankomende IBC > focus op mensen die meer uitgeven. Remco, chef bij Vis, wil graag experimenteren met whisky in zijn gerechten.
NB: Highland Park vóór Macallan laten proeven, werkt prima.
